Stainless Steel Enclosures (Ex d, Ex e, Ex i, Ex op)
Argus Systems Supply stainless steel enclosures made of either 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel. NEMA Type 4X and NEMA Type 12 rated enclosures made from these materials not only provide protection from the ingress of water, dust and other materials, but due to the nature of stainless steel the cabinets themselves are also protected from ice and the corrosive effects of salt and certain chemicals, with the 316 stainless steel being more resistant to corrosion.
We support with different dimensions, hinge types, door types, lock types, latch types, and box types there are wall-mount, free-standing, and pedestal-mount enclosures to meet any need. Painted versions of some models are available.
These enclosures made of either 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel which are rated NEMA Type 4X. The options include console enclosures, slope top enclosures, and stainless-steel boxes that inhibit electromagnetic interference (EMI) signals produced by any internal components as well as shield internal components from EMI/RFI interference generated from external sources. Options for solid doors, or doors with windows, that can be wall mounted or mounted on a pedestal.
The 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel FS66S Global free-standing single-door and dual access enclosures provide industry-leading protection in highly corrosive environments. Adding rack-mounting elements make these the ideal solution in many applications.
Stainless steel enclosures from the InLine series are rated NEMA Type 4X. These Hoffman cabinets are available with hinged window, hinged solid doors, and solid screw covers. The wall mounted enclosures in this series also includes stainless steel InLine Landscape enclosures and stainless-steel InLine EMC cabinets which protect components inside the enclosure from outside EMI and RFI signals, as well as preventing stray EMI from passing out of the cabinet.
Stainless Steel Grades
304 Steel Grade :- 304 stainless steel widely used in industrial processes because of its heavy-duty and affordable nature its gives excellent value for money.
316 Steel Grades :- 316 stainless steel is higher grade stainless steel due to its higher resistance to corrosion; it’s a good choice for applications involving chemicals or located in saline environments.
Both the stainless steel 304 and 316 are capable of making dependable stainless steel enclosures
